Curious and Wandering
The cover alone deserves 5-stars as it’s amazing. Then, there’s the story.
A simple book , showing the open natural world. This simply drawn book shows the curious nature of children. As rabbit explores his world he finds his way home from those things that he found in his exploration.
It’s a good book for young readers. With simple words and illustration to text connections. It also helps with recall, and sequence for these young readers.

Intense Reading
Tescara was a very intense read. It kept me on the edge of my seat until the very end. I couldn’t put it down until I was finished.

A Great Holiday Story
This was a bit of a surprise. I had no idea what this story was going to be about.
We had a year when my husband and I lost both of his parents and then my mom all within 30 days! When the holidays came around, it was so hard to face without them. This story basically gave me all the feelings from that time. You continue to move and function but always with your loss wrapped around your heart.
I loved Tina’s mom’s toast. That is how I look at the holidays now, enjoying whose there each time we are lucky enough to get together.
Thank you, Karen J. Mossman, for bringing my feelings to words and helping me realize that we are all celebrating with just a smidgen of sadness for the ones who aren’t there each year. I do love the memories, though!
I would recommend this short story to anyone who is struggling with finding the joy that Christmas is all about and to those who just love a good, heartwarming story.

After a freak accident, Arthur Merlin began to develop “super powers” like pyrokinesis, telekinesis, telepathy, and teleportation, among others. Of course, the government tries to control him and his newfound powers. But how can you control the man who can teleport anywhere he wants to go at a blink of a hat? Arthur finds himself inexplicably drawn to London so he goes to the Institute of of Psychic Research. Though, he still feels himself being pulled, called to keep traveling. With the help of Ruth, one of the Institute’s researchers he makes his way to Lake George, which is where the sightings of Excalibur and The Lady of the Lake have taken place. Ruth, Arthur, and the rest of the Institute begin to uncover the secrets of the lake and, believe me, no one would have expected what they found!! Now, it’s up to Ruth and Arthur to save the world from Excalibur.
Honestly, I enjoyed reading Sahara Foley’s take on the legend of Excalibur. I’ve always been interested in the legends concerning King Arthur. The story flowed well and I loved the adventures they experienced. I loved all of the characters, especially Dobie, Ruth, and Arthur. I also did not see the ending coming so I was genuinely and happily shocked.
