The most important resource any company has is their employees. Unfortunately, this is also the most underappreciated element in a company. Despite being a vital aspect to the success of any company, the human factor is often pushed to the side with profits, customer care, and environmental factors being more important. However, this is where most businesses go wrong.

So on the first Friday of every March, we celebrate employees with National Employee Appreciation Day. It is good for everyone involved!
