Marnie Cate’s Favorite Quick Salsa

14.5 can of petite diced tomatoes
1/2 medium onion finely diced
1 tbsp of 4 oz can of diced jalapeños
2 tbsp of 4 oz can of diced chilis
1/2 tsp of salt1/2 tbsp of finely diced shallot (optional suggested alternative garlic salt or minced garlic)

Add all ingredients to a mixing machine of your choice and blend. 

Refrigerate for about an hour to get a nice chill and let the ingredients have time to further incorporate.

Eat with your favorite chips, celery, top a yummy Mexican inspired dinner, top a potato or just spoon 🙂
